School-Based Therapy

We’re making sure none of Chicago’s kids have to struggle alone.

Hard things happen, even when we do our best to avoid them. JPA's school-based therapy services help children process and cope with hard things so they can get back to learning, growing, and just being kids.

In addition to day-to-day mental, emotional, and social health care for students in classrooms throughout Chicago, JPA provides as-needed crisis counseling to help schools navigate the impact of a traumatic event within their community.

What educators have to say...

Through our partnership with JPA, we are truly able to ensure that we not only meet our students and families where they are in terms of social emotional needs, but also ensure that we are supporting them along their social emotional journey as we work to support their child to thrive at a level which supports their ability to engage in and excel at their academics.
